A2Z PK does not offer:

• Online payment gateway
• Direct order processing
• Delivery management
• Refund processing

All orders are handled manually between the user and the shop.

3. User and Shop Communication

When users click the WhatsApp or Call button, they contact the shop directly.

Users are responsible for confirming:

• Product availability
• Product price
• Product condition
• Delivery charges
• Payment method
• Return or refund policy
• Order confirmation

A2Z PK is not responsible for any conversation, agreement, order, payment, delivery, refund, or dispute between the user and the shop.

4. Product Information

We try to keep product information accurate, but prices, availability, images, descriptions, discounts, and shop details may change at any time.

Users should always confirm final product details directly with the shop before placing an order.

5. Shop Responsibility

Shops are responsible for keeping their information accurate and updated, including:

• Shop name
• Contact number
• WhatsApp number
• City/location
• Product images
• Product prices
• Product descriptions
• Product availability

Shops must not upload fake, misleading, illegal, copied, harmful, or unauthorized content.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for checking and verifying shop details before placing an order.

Users should not share sensitive information, make advance payments, or disclose personal financial details unless they trust the shop.

A2Z PK is not responsible for fraud, scams, payment issues, product quality issues, delivery delays, or any loss caused by a shop or third party.

7. Payments

A2Z PK does not collect payments from users for product purchases.

Any payment made by the user is made directly to the shop through the method agreed between the user and the shop.

A2Z PK is not responsible for payment confirmation, failed transactions, refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

8. Delivery and Returns

A2Z PK does not manage delivery, shipping, returns, exchange, or refund services.

Delivery time, delivery charges, return conditions, exchange policy, and refund terms must be discussed directly between the user and the shop.

9. Featured Shops and Products

A2Z PK may show featured shops, featured products, promoted listings, or advertisements.

Featured or promoted placement does not mean that A2Z PK guarantees the shop, product quality, price, delivery, or service.

Users should still verify all details before placing an order.

10. Account Registration

Some features may require users or shops to create an account.

You agree to provide correct and updated information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

A2Z PK may suspend or remove any account that violates these Terms & Conditions.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users and shops must not:

• Upload false or misleading information
• Upload illegal products or content
• Use abusive, harmful, or offensive language
• Misuse WhatsApp or phone contact features
• Attempt fraud, spam, or scams
• Copy or misuse content from A2Z PK
• Interfere with website or app security
• Use the platform for illegal purposes

12. Content Ownership

Shops are responsible for the images, logos, product details, and content they upload.

By uploading content to A2Z PK, shops grant A2Z PK permission to display that content on the website, mobile application, social media platforms, and promotional materials related to the platform.

Shops must ensure they have the legal right to use all uploaded images and content.

13. Third-Party Services

A2Z PK may use or link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, phone dialer, social media platforms, analytics tools, or hosting services.

These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. A2Z PK is not responsible for their services, actions, data handling, or availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

A2Z PK is a listing and contact platform only.

A2Z PK is not liable for:

• Product quality problems
• Incorrect product information
• Price changes
• Shop fraud or scams
• Payment disputes
• Delivery delays
• Refund or return issues
• Disagreements between users and shops
• Loss caused by third-party services

Users and shops use the platform at their own risk.

15. Platform Availability

We strive to keep A2Z PK available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the website or mobile application will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove any feature at any time without prior notice.

16. Removal of Shops or Products

A2Z PK reserves the right to edit, hide, suspend, or remove any shop, product, listing, account, or content that violates these Terms & Conditions or appears harmful, fake, misleading, illegal, or inappropriate.
